Our Tasks:
- In terms of planning, we formulate and review our school’s policies and plans of a Whole School Approach (WSA) to guidance and discipline, to record, manage and utilize student’s rewards and penalties. At the same time, we aim to review and renew our measures of guidance and discipline with reference to students’ development from time to time. With these strategies, we believe students can understand their misbehavior and maximize their potential to improve, and thus, it can create a good school ethos.
- In terms of implementation, we establish well-organized policies and measures of guidance and discipline. We adopt the concept of "Discipline and Guidance as One Service", namely "Management and Teaching through Discipline with Guidance and Guidance with Discipline", so as to help students’ grow with a positive outlook on life and correct values.
- In terms of support, Counselling and Discipline Department (CDD) provides professional support to teachers when they handle students’ misbehavior.
