All S6 Graduates,

It is to inform you that you can now bring along with your identity documents to collect the HKDSE Examination 2021 Certificate at the General Office from 28 October to 17 December 2021. You may authorize a Parent or Guardian in writing to collect on your behalf. He/She has to provide our staff a photocopy of the candidate’s HKID Card and show his/her HKID Card for identification purpose.

Please check your personal data (such as Chinese/English names and HKID card number) on the certificate carefully. For any amendment, you should complete the Amendment Request Form and return it with your certificate to HKEAA office as soon as possible.
