4. Application Form Submission Methods​

(a) Submit in person：

Submit the EDB "Application Form for S1 Discretionary Place", together with other documents required in person.


(b) Submit by post：

In light of the latest development of COVID-19 epidemic, this year’s DP application can also be applied via post. Parents could arrange to submit the completed Application Form for S1 Discretionary Place and other documents required by post between 3 January (Monday) and 17 January (Monday) 2022, both dates inclusive. The postmark date should not be later than the prescribed deadline. The Parent's Copy bearing the school chop, school name and school code will be returned to parents by post for parents' retention and record.

5. Arrangement of interviews
All applicants will be notified for interview on or before 21 January 2022.
 
6. Selection result
Our school will notify parents of all successful applicants of their children’s inclusion in the Successful Lists for Discretionary Places by letter and phone on 31 March 2022. These notification arrangements are not applicable to reserve and unsuccessful applicants, nor are the notifications the allocation results. The parents concerned do not need to reply to the notifications.
